The English word "catechism" refers to a book, in question and answer form, that conveys some basic principles of the Christian faith. A catechism is not the same as a cataclysm.

The English word "catechism" comes, through Late Latin, from the ancient Greek word "κατηχισμός""catechism" which comes from "κατηχίζω""catechize" which is a form of "κατηχέω""instruct, teach by word of mouth" which comes from "κατά""down" and "ἠχω""to sound" which comes from "ἠχή""sound" which is the source of the English word "echo".

The Didache forms the basis of catechism and many other Christian rituals.

Book: To mock a mockingbird
The phrase "to mock a mocking mock" is a self-referential phrase that plays on the verse in Galatians 6:7 where one reaps, reflexively, what one sows.
The Greek for "deceived" is that of "wandering" and the source of the English word "planet". The Greek for "mocked" is, literally, "snot out of your nose". There are many phrases using the nose that are relevant, such as "turn up your nose", "thumb your nose", etc.
